John and Rick were awesome from the start. These guys do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it! I couldn’t have imagined a better scenario. In fact, I had been through a nightmare experience with a different web designer just recently and I was dreading the experience. I’m so glad I called John and Rick. My business provides a technical service (I am not a graphic designer) and these types of creative marketing projects are way outside of my comfort zone. John and Rick made the process much easier than I had anticipated. Their prices are reasonable and they get authorizations from you prior to charging you for something, so there are no misunderstandings.
