I contacted Modern Web as well as other web design providers on Angies. John Taylor immediately contacted me and followed up with a more detailed proposal. In the end it became apparent that the features our site has are not all included in their proprietary CMS. However, John was very straightforward about their capability and referred me to a different service that specialize in the features we need. I appreciate his honesty and responsiveness. Some of the other have yet to respond at all after several days.
