Rick and John are awesome. Unfortunately, they can’t help me yet they spent 30 minutes on the phone with me and ultimately referred me to someone else. The clued me in on things to ask a new web developer and processes in general like my back-ups. Super honest and a delight to talk to. Their communication skills are way above average.
