Server Information for setting up an email account.
SSL ports below are preferred but sometimes email programs just won’t let the SSL ports work. (try it first though)

Incoming server (IMAP):
Server Name: imap.secureserver.net
Port: 143, 993 (SSL)

Outgoing server (SMTP):
Server Name: smtpout.secureserver.net
Port: 80, 3535, 25, 465 (SSL)
Server Requires Outgoing Authentication?: Yes, Use same settings as incoming
Require logon using Secure Password Authentication?: No

ONLY use this one if you cannot use any of the above successfully!
Example situation: A desktop invoicing program that won’t allow you to use the IMAP account settings.
Incoming server (POP3):
Server Name: pop.secureserver.net
Port: 110, 995 (SSL)

Note: The IMAP account settings above will not work if you do not have and IMAP Email account.
(in other words, not the small and limited free account that came with your domain name if you bought it many years ago)
