Problem: Emails seem to be deleting themselves after a certain number of days.
Cause: You are most likely sharing your email with someone else in the company or you have the account set up on other devices. Large Email Stuck in the Outbox
Look in your Outbox and remove the one(s) that are there.
Sometimes one is large and cannot go and stops the rest so if you look at the sizes of each of them, you can determine which one needs deleted.
